Other Missing Shortcuts

Method 1) click on Start and type part of the app name. Often times just the taskbar shortcut is missing but can still find this on the start menu. Once found right click the app - select Pin to taskbar.

Method 2) Open a file used by the missing app to launch the app then pin it

If you can access a file the program opens you can pin the app. For example Acrobat you would find a PDF file, AutoCAD a DWG, Etc. Then you can open that file and that will open the app. Once open do same as for the missing browser shortcut for this app by finding where running on the taskbar - right clicking - and choosing Pin to taskbar like shown below. Repeat if have others.
