Android - Email Setup

Corporate email is available using the Outlook app on your Android phone.

Instructions

STEP 1) Download the Intune Company Portal App from the Google Play Store.

STEP 2) Once installed no further action is required and you can close the app. Sign in is not required.

STEP 3) Download the Outlook app from the Google Play Store

STEP 4) After installing, open the app. Your account should be recognized. Click on “1 Account Found”.

STEP 5) Confirm your Ameresco email address and click on “Add Account”

STEP 6) You can optionally add a personal account or you can choose “Maybe Later” to skip this step.

STEP 7) You can view the new features walkthrough or skip.

STEP 8) Device will be checked to make sure it meets all requirements. Click “Continue”.

Outlook should now be setup and your inbox will be visible.
